Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data may be processed when you browse Yukie’s website or contact us, why we use it and the choices available to you.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Yukie is responsible for this website. For questions, requests about your data or to exercise your rights, email daisyukie@gmail.com.
2. Data we may process
Contact and quote requests
When you submit the contact form, we may receive your name, email address and the message you choose to share. We use this only to reply, assess a possible project and retain the record needed for that conversation.
Optional browsing analytics
Only after your permission, we record a random browser identifier, pages visited, language, approximate traffic source and approximate country and city. We do not use these metrics to identify you directly or for behavioural advertising.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process contact data to respond to a request you made and, where applicable, to take steps before entering into a contract. Analytics are optional and rely on your consent. You can withdraw or change that choice at any time.
4. Preferences, local storage and analytics
We use local storage in your browser to remember your privacy choice and, if you accept, a random identifier to distinguish returning visits in analytics. Refusing analytics does not prevent you from using the site.
5. Sharing and service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel and authorised analytics are stored in Vercel Blob. Contact form messages may be delivered through FormSubmit to the contact email address. These services may process data in countries outside your own, subject to their terms and applicable safeguards.
6. Retention and security
We keep contact data for as long as needed to respond, handle a proposal or meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained for as long as needed for aggregated analysis. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can eliminate every risk.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law — including the GDPR for people in the European Economic Area — you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to the processing of your data. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, services or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
